Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Celestial 333 Metaphysical Shop!

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded. Below, you will find more details about our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be initiated within 15 days of the USPS.com delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please package the item securely in its original packaging and include any original tags or labels. Mail your return to the following address:

STORE CREDIT

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your store credit. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item for your return to be processed.

EXCHANGE

After receiving and inspecting the condition of your returned item, we will process your exchange. Your new item will be shipped to you free of charge unless the price and/or shipping cost exceeds that of the original order. Any additional costs will be billed to you. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange.

EXCEPTIONS

Defective items must be reported within 5 days of delivery. For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a partial/full refund or store credit.

A picture of the damaged item and packaging should be sent to sales@celestial333.org with the subject line "Attn: Damaged Goods". Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
